A. JESUS KNOWS ALL THAT TROUBLES YOU IN LIFE [9]

1. Hard times: tribulation
2. Hard luck: poverty
3. Hard words: blasphemy, slander

B. JESUS ADDRESSES WHAT REALLY TROUBLES YOU [10]

1. Imperatives

a. Do not fear
b. Be faithful until death

2. Reasons not to fear, but to be faithful

a. He knows what you are about to face
b. There’s a purpose to the troubles in your life

Heb 12.11; Jam 1.2-4; 1 Pet 1.6-7

c. There’s a limit to what you have to endure
d. There’s a limit to what your trouble can do to you [Matt 10.28]

C. JESUS HIMSELF IS THE SOLUTION TO ALL OF YOUR TROUBLES

1. Fix your eyes upon Jesus [8]

a. The First and the Last

b. The One who was dead

c. The One who has come to life

2. Fill your mind with the promise of Jesus

a. I will give you the crown of life [10b]

b. You will not be hurt by the second death [11]

1) The first death [20.12-13]

3) The first resurrection [20.6]
