May 4 - VBS organizational dinner meeting for the volunteers (after morning service).
Family members not able to help with VBS are welcome to stay. Details will be posted to CCP Life loop. (We’ve had a great response so far, but there are a few slots still to be filled.)
THESE DATES ARE FOR EVERYONE WILLING TO HELP US GET READY
Saturday, June22 - VBS Work Day (9-noon)
Saturday, July 12 - Set up and decorate classrooms (9-noon)
Sunday, July 13 - Set up and decorate library, narthex, and sanctuary (some work may be done in the afternoon - the rest will be done after the evening service)
July 14—18: VBS WEEK Cosmic City Tour Directors:
