Here is an embedded player that works well for playing single files within posts:

Here is another player that is easy to install within posts or on its’ own page:
I have been trying to get this player embedded in my sidebar, but for some reason the code is not sticking.
I fixed the chipmunk effect between the files.
The files, I resampled so that the audio sample rate was 22 kHz.
Not sure of why the difference, other than a glitch in the encoder/decoder - ing of the player.
I have tried embedding different players.
It’s not the bit rate that makes the difference but the sample rate.
